| 摘 要： | 近年来,河南民间融资的规模不断扩大,融资范围迅速拓展,在促进河南经济社会发展中起到了巨大作用。目前,河南的民间融资已由家庭式的民间融资向逐利性融资转变。政府及相关部门应加强对民间融资的监督与管理,强化社会信用,建立多层次的中小企业融资渠道和服务担保体系。
