0~2周龄北京鸭维生素A需要量的研究

采用单因子试验设计,通过研究维生素A对北京鸭生产性能和免疫器官发育的影响,进而探讨0~2周龄北京鸭维生素A的需要量。设5个维生素A添加水平(0、2500、5000、10000、15000 IU/kg)。将360只1日龄雄性北京鸭随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每重复12只,饲养期为2周。结果表明,维生素A对北京鸭生产性能和免疫器官指数产生显著影响,当维生素A添加量超过2500 IU/kg时,北京鸭日增重和采食量显著提高(P<0.05),且维生素A添加量为10000 IU/kg时日增重达到最高;法氏囊指数随日粮维生素A水平的升高而增加,且当维生素A添加水平为15000 IU/kg时达到显著水平(P<0.05)。综合本试验结果,推荐0~2周龄北京鸭维生素A的添加量为5000~10000 IU/kg。

Vitamin A Requirement of Peking Ducks from Hatch to 2 Weeks of Age

One experiment was conducted to measure the effects of different levels of vitamin A on growth performance and immune organ in Peking ducks,and then determine the optimal requirement of vitamin A in the diet for pekin ducks from hatch to 2 weeks of age. Three hundred and sixty Oneday-old Peking ducks were randomly allotted into 5 treatments,which were fed increasing dietary levels of vitamin A (0,2 500,5 000,10 000 and 15 000 IU/kg),each group was 12.The results showed that the levels of vitamin A in diets significantly affected the growth performance and immune organ index of Peking ducks,When added to more than 2500 IU/kg vitamin A,the ADG and feed intake of pekin ducks increased significantly(P<0.05),and when the level of vitamin A was 10 000 IU/kg, AD G was the highest;As the level of Vitamin A raised the bursa index increased,and got to the highest when the level of Vitamin A was 15 000 IU/kg(P<0.05).It is concluded that the requirement of peking ducks is 5 000~10 000 IU/kg.
