活塞组件的动力学分析

摘    要:采用硬度塞法与热电偶法对活塞与缸套的温度场进行了测量,获得了准确的边界条件,应用AVL EXCITE软件对活塞与活塞环组动力学性能进行了计算与分析。分析结果表明:活塞、活塞环和缸套间润滑密封良好,且窜气量维持在较低水平,但活塞仍存在一定量的冲击,应从修改型线出发作进一步优化。

Abstract:The temperatures of the piston and cylinder were measured by the way of hardness plug and thermocouple method,and then the accurate boundary conditions were obtained.The paper used AVL EXCITE software to calculate and analyze the dynamics properties of the piston and piston ring group.The results show that: seal and lubrication between the piston,piston rings and cylinder are in good condition,gas blow-by remains at a relatively low level,but the piston still exists a certain amount of impact.It should be revised according to its contour for further optimization.
