摘    要:枣含有多种生理活性物质,具有多重保健功能。综述了枣加工的研究现状,为枣产品的开发研究及枣工业发展提供参考和帮助。

Abstract:Jujube contains was rich in a variety of physiological active substances,with multiple healthy functions. This paper reviews the research status of processing dates was reviewed and to provide some references and assistance were provided for the date products and industrial development.
