摘    要:[目的]针对羽绒制品生产废水浓度高、成分复杂、维护管理难度大等特点,通过试验寻求一种抗冲击负荷能力强、自动化程度高并能适应安徽省气候环境的污水处理工艺。[方法]通过气浮+SBR组合工艺处理安徽省山区某厂羽绒制品生产废水,在确定工艺参数的基础上,对不同负荷下该工艺的处理效果进行试验研究,并对污染物去除效率进行分析。[结果]该组合工艺抗冲击负荷能力强,出水中各主要污染物指标能稳定达到《羽绒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21901—2008)排放标准,对BOD_5、COD、NH_3-N、SS、和LAS的平均去除率分别达到97.5%、93.6%、71.8%、91.8%和92.5%。[结论]该组合工艺具有运行费用较低、自动化程度高、污染物去除效果稳定的特点,能适应我国目前羽绒制品生产废水处理现状。

Abstract:[Objective]In view of the characteristics of high quality and high difficulty in the operation and management of down water wastewater, a kind of sewage treatment technology with strong ability of resisting impact load, high degree of automation, energy saving and environmental protection and adapting to climate and environment of Anhui Province was tried out.[Method]The production process of down products of a factory in anhui mountain area was treated by air flotation+SBR combined process.Based on the determination of technological parameters, the treatment effect of this process was studied and the removal efficiency of pollutants was analyzed.[Result]The results showed that the process has strong ability of resisting impact load, and the main pollutants in the effluent can reach the discharge standard of Down Water Industry Pollutant Discharge Standard (GB 21901-2008) stably.The BOD5, COD, NH3-N, SS and LAS were 97.5%、93.6%、71.8%、91.8% and 92.5%, respectively.[Conclusion]The process running cost is lower, the degree of automation is high, the effect of pollutant removal is stable, and it is suitable for the present situation of down water treatment in China.
