摘 要: | 目的]制备复合光催化剂Cu_2O-QDs/GO,考察复合物中氧化石黑烯(GO)的最佳负载量及其光催化性能。方法]采用改良的Hummer法制备GO,利用化学沉淀法将Cu_2O-QDs负载在GO片层上。采用XRD、DRS及TEM表征方法,对催化剂的形貌、组成、性质进行判定。结果]GO经超声后成片层状,Cu_2O以颗粒形式负载于GO表面,粒径为10 nm左右,属于量子点级别。GO的最佳负载量为7%。结论]通过光催化降解罗丹明B(RhB)的试验,证实复合催化剂对RhB的降解效率相比于单一Cu_2O-QDs有明显提高。

Preparation of Cu2O-QDs/GO Composite and Its Photocatalytic Properties |

Abstract: | Objective]To preparea composite photocatalyst of Cu2O-QDs/GO and investigate the optimal loading amount of GO and its photocatalytic activity.Method]The modified Hummer method and a chemical deposition process were used to prepare GO and the Cu2O-QDs/GO composite.The morphology,composition and properties of the photocatalysts were characterized by TEM,XRD and DRS.Result]The results showed that the prepared GO was in the form of monolayer,and the Cu2O was loaded on the GO surface with a particle size of about 10 nm.The best loading content of GO was 7%.Conclusion] As compared with the single photocatalyst of Cu2O-QDs,the photocatalytic activity of the composite for the degradation of RhB was enhanced significantly. |
