| 摘 要： | 分析了现阶段鲁西南地区农村人力资源开发存在的问题:农村人力资源流动不合理,农村人才资源流失,基层政府的工作重点存在偏差。在此基础上,实现农村人力资源有效开发的对策措施,为鲁西南农村经济的发展注入新的活力。
