摘 要: | [目的]探讨25%吡唑醚菌酯水悬浮剂的最佳配方。[方法]利用流点法研究比较了几种不同类型分散剂对吡唑醚菌酯的分散性。[结果]通过配方优化确定了25%吡唑醚菌酯水悬浮剂最佳配方:吡唑醚菌酯原药25.8%,分散剂GY-D157 3%,分散剂GYD156 1%,润湿剂GY-WS10 1%,防冻剂尿素5%,消泡剂GY-X60 0.3%,稳定剂硅酸镁铝0.5%,增稠剂黄原胶0.16%,水补足至100%。[结论]该配方对原药适应性广,砂磨过程中不膏化,制备的样品各项指标符合悬浮剂国标要求。

Abstract: | [Objective]The aim was to explore the optimal formula of 25% pyraclostrobin SC. [Method]The dispersion of different kinds of dispersants were compared in 25% pyraclostrobin SC by flow point method. [Result]The best formula was obtained by optimization. It contained pyraclostrobin technical 25.8%, dispersant GY-D157 3%, dispersant GY-D156 1%, wetting agent GY-WS10 1%, carbamide 5%, antifoam agent GY-X60 0.3%, veegum 0.5%, xanthan gum 0.16%, water up to 100%. [Conclusion]This formula adapts to different technical, grinding without paste, and all items conformed to national standard. |
