库尔勒香梨不同生长时期叶片营养特征

摘    要:[目的]研究库尔勒香梨不同生长时期叶片营养特征。[方法]以3种土壤质地盛果期库尔勒香梨的叶片为试材,研究库尔勒香梨开花展叶期、花芽分化期、果实膨大期叶片的N、P、K、Ca、B、Mg等元素含量变化及其与标准株产量的关系。[结果]香梨叶片的N、B和Mg含量随生长期呈增加的趋势,P和K含量随生长期呈单峰曲线变化,Ca含量在开花展叶期最大,花芽分化期最小,不同生长时期对香梨叶片不同元素含量影响极显著(P0.01)。香梨处于土壤环境不同,其叶片营养元素的组成及含量是有差异的。开花展叶期土壤质地对叶片N/P差异不显著(P0.05),而在花芽分化期和果实膨大期土壤质地对叶片N/P影响差异显著(P0.05),同一类型土壤的叶片N/P随生长时期呈增加趋势,生长时期均对叶片N/P影响差异显著(P0.05)。[结论]该研究可为库尔勒香梨养分管理技术提供理论指导与科学依据。

Abstract:[Objective]To study the nutrition characteristics of Pyrus bretschneideri Rehd leaves in different grrowth periods.[Method] Taking the P.bretschneideri Rehd leaves in three kinds of soil texture as the test materials, the relationship between content change and standard plant production were studied,including N, P, K, Ca, B, Mg and other elements of leaves at flower exhibition leaf stage, bud differentiation stage, fruit enlargement stage.[Result]The N, B and Mg content of pear leaves showed a trend of increase along with the growth period, P and K content showed unimodal curve with the growth period, the Ca content got the biggest content at flower exhibition leaf stage, the youngest at flower bud differentiation stage.Meanwhile,different growth period had a very significant effect on different element contents of leaves (P < 0.01).The composition and content of nutrient elements in the fragrant pear leaves varied with soil environment.Effect of soil texture on leaf N/P was not significant (P > 0.05) at the flower exhibition leaf stage, but soil texture had obvious change on leaf N/P at lower bud differentiation and fruit enlargement stage (P < 0.05), the leaf N/P under the same type of soil increased with the growth period.The leaf N/P had significant differences in different growth periods (P < 0.05).[Conclusion]The research provided theoretical guidance and scientific basis for the nutrient management of P.bretschneideri Rehd.
