金融约束视域下的农村金融优化探讨

基于金融约束视域对我国农村家庭创业及收入情况进行分析,发现我国农村居民家庭创业及收入普遍都受到了金融约束的影响,并且其影响程度与城市存在差异,农村家庭创业及资产收益相对城市家庭具有较高的金融约束。金融约束导致农村金融资源非农化,扩大了城乡收入及消费差距,导致农村劳动力失业。提出了农村金融优化建议:改革农村金融制度;促进民间金融的发展;提高农业财政资金的投入,增加农民福利。

Discussion on the Optimization of Rural Finance from the Perspective of Financial Constraints

It was found that rural household entrepreneurship and income were generally affected by financial constraints,and their influence was different from that of urban areas in China.The relationship between rural household entrepreneurship and asset income is relatively different from the analysis of rural household entrepreneurship and income in China.Urban families have high financial constraints.Financial constraints lead to rural non-agricultural financial resources,expanding urban and rural income and consumption gap,leading to rural labor unemployment.In this regard,the rural financial optimization proposals were put forward:Reform the rural financial system;promote the development of private finance;improve the investment of agricultural financial funds,increase farmer welfare.
