货车振动舒适性的测量与评价

摘    要:利用S imu link软件建立货车的振动模型及在不同车速与路面不平度下对货车振动进行仿真,依据GB/T 4970-1996《汽车平顺性随机输入行驶试验方法》分析了变化趋势。同时,对3种不同的货车进行室外道路试验。结果表明:随着路面不平度和车速的增加,货车的平顺性有所降低,货车的平顺性有待提高。

Abstract:In the paper,a vehicle vibration model was set up by using simulink software,and the simulation analysis of truck vibration was made under different vehicle speeds and road surface conditions.According to the National Standard GB/T 4970-1996,the variety tendency of rideability under different road conditions was analyzed.And also,the road tests were conducted with three different type of trucks.The results show that the rideability and ridecomfort of the trucks become worse with the increase of vehicle speed and road unsmoothness.So the rideability of truck needs improved.
