禽源沙门氏茵的血清型鉴定和耐药性研究

为了解我国禽源沙门氏茵血清型的分布情况和耐药情况,选取江西、辽宁和广东3个省的部分养殖场进行用药调查和采样,分离到25株沙门氏茵,进行血清型鉴定和对24种抗菌药物的药物敏感性试验.结果显示,分离株的血清型主要为O1、O2、O9和O12,分离细菌对阿米卡星和头孢曲松均敏感,但对萘啶酸、阿莫西林、氨苄西林、链霉素、四环素、磺胺、复方新诺明和部分氟喹诺酮类药物的耐药率都大于50%.

Study on Serotype Identification and Susceptibility for Avian Salmonella

Twenty-five strains of avian salmomella were isolated from several farms in Jiangxi province,Liaoning province and Guangdong Province to investigate serotype distribution and susceptibility to drugs. 24 antimicrobials were tested using disk diffusion method. The results showed the main serotype of isolates were O1,O2,O9 and O12. Resistance to amikacin and ceftriaxone of isolates were zero,but the resistance rates to nalidixic,ampicillin,amoxicillin,streptomycin,tetracycline,sulfamethoxazole,trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole and floquinolones were more than 50%.
