摘    要:分别用0.3%、0.5%、0.7%的NaCl溶液和KNO3溶液浸泡麻疯树(Jatropha curcasL.)种子(以自来水浸泡作对照)24 h后播种,置于温度25℃、光照12 h.d-1、光照强度2 000 lx条件下培养;15 d后将幼苗移栽置于自然条件下,观测种子萌发、幼苗生长及生理生化等指标。结果表明:盐溶液胁迫处理的种子发芽率比对照下降15%以上;0.5%的KNO3溶液处理麻疯树种子对其幼苗生长有促进作用;0.7%的NaCl溶液和KNO3溶液能有效提高幼苗的抗性。

Abstract:Taking the seeds soaking in tap water as the control,the seeds of Jatropha curcas were treated with 0.3%,0.5% and 0.7% of NaCl and KNO3 solution respectively and planted at 25℃ with 12-h illumination and 2 000 lx of illumination intension after 24 hours.After 15 days,the seedlings were transplanted under the natural condition,this paper observed the seed germination,plantlet growth,physiological and biochemical indices of the seedlings.The results showed that the percentage of seed germination under the salt stress decreased by more than 15% as compared with the control.The growth of seedlings was promoted when the seeds were treated by the 0.5% of KNO3 solution.The resistance characteristics of seedlings were increased effectively with 0.7% of NaCl solution and KNO3 solution.
