仙客来营养器官的解剖学研究

摘    要:仙客来营养器官的解剖试验表明 ,仙客来种子萌发后 ,主根早期停滞发育 ,由下胚轴膨大具有茎结构特征的块茎 ,随着发育产生异常结构 ,致使块茎不断长大。在块茎下端产生不定根 ,构成须根系 ,每条根均由表皮、皮层、中柱三部组成。在块茎上端可产生一至数个不定芽形成短缩茎。其上丛生叶与花。解剖学研究表明 ,块茎、短缩茎和花柄均为茎的结构 ,叶片肥厚、健壮 ,由发达的栅栏组织和海绵组织组成的异面叶

Abstract:The results showed,the growth of taproot stagnated after seed germinating,then hypocotyl expanded into stem tuber with the structure of stem.With development,abnormal structure appeared so that stem tuber growed continually.In the lower part of stem tuber produced adventitious roots,each comprising epidermis,cortex and stele,which could form fibrous root system.On the top of stem tuber,one or several adventitious buds produced,and then formed shortened stem where leaves and flowers overgrew.Anatomical studies suggested that stem tuber,shortened stem and pedicle belonged to stem according to their structure.Plump and robust leaf was composed of developed palisade tissue and spongy tissue.$$$$
