鱼苗计数器的试验研究

摘    要:本文试验和分析了单通道光电式鱼苗计数器中各个参数(H.D.d.L)对性能(Y_1,Y_2)的影响,应用正交设计和试验建立了他们之间的关系式。结果表明,测鱼管径是影响计数误差的关键因素,而出口速度和压头则对鱼的通过量影响较大。所提出的单通道式鱼苗计数器具有结构简单、计数误差比人工小和成本低等优点。

Abstract:Relations between paramcters (H. D. d. L) and performance (y_1, Y_2) of the single way photo-electric fish fry counter were found in this paper. The mathematical models were established through the regression orthogonal design and the method of tese. The diameter of mcasuring tube is the key factor which has an effect on the counter error. The prcsure head and outlet velocity of fry are key factors to influence the flow rate of fry. The single way photo-clectrie fry is simple in structure, more accurate than manual estimation and is suitable for Chinese market at low cost.
