胶乳生物凝固中活性干菌种的凝固效果比较

摘    要:比较不同条件下制得的活性干菌种对天然胶乳的凝固效果,结果表明:筛选出最佳载体B与湿菌体配比为2:1,菌体培养时间为2~3d,所制得干菌种对胶乳的凝固效果最好,所制成的活性干菌种和液体菌种一样能进行鲜胶乳的连续凝固。

Abstract:Dry active fungal agents were prepared under different conditions and used to coagulate fresh latex of Hevea brasiliensis. The results showed that the dry active fungal agent prepared under the ratio of carrier B to wet thalli of 2 : 1 from a special fungus cultured for 2 or 3 days produced best coagulation of the fresh latex. This fungal agent coagulated fresh latex continuously as the liquid fungal agent did.
