脲酶抑制剂对肉仔鸡血液生理指标及生产性能的影响

摘    要:研究了不同质量浓度(0,60,90,120mg/kg)脲酶抑制剂对肉仔鸡血液生理指标及生产性能的影响。结果表明,90,120mg/kg脲酶抑制剂添加组21d和42d肉仔鸡血液RBc及Hgb测定值显著降低;120mg/kg添加组肉仔鸡21d和42d血液红细胞比容(Hct)显著降低;各质量浓度脲酶抑制剂添加组21d血浆尿酸含量显著降低,90,120mg/kg添加组42d肉仔鸡血浆尿酸质量浓度降低。120mg/kg添加组日平均增重显著大于对照组和60mg/kg添加组;120mg/kg添加组21~42日龄阶段和0~42日龄的料重比显著降低;脲酶抑制剂能显著降低死亡率。

Abstract:An experiment is performed to study the effect of urease inhibitor(0,60,90,120 mg/kg) on blood physiological performance and production performance in broilers.The results show that 90,120 mg/kg urease inhibitor group decreased blood RBC and Hgb significantly at 21 d and 42 d,Hct levels are also significantly lowered ( p <0.05) by the diet containing 120 mg/kg urease inhibitor at the same time.Urease inhibitor decreases plasma acid level markedly ( p <0.05) at 21 d,90 and 120 mg/kg urease inhibitor containing group also decreases plasma acid at 42 d.The daily gain of the 120 mg group is larger ( p <0.05) than the 60 mg/kg and the control groups. The diet containing 120 mg urease inhibit or decreases ( p <0.05) than the 60 mg and the control groups.The diet containing 120 mg/kg urease inhibitor dectreases ( p <0.05) feed conversion from 21 to 42 days of age.Urease inhibitor containing groups decreases morality markedly ( p <0.05) than that of control group.
