抗坏血酸、甲醇对蚕豆气孔面积及生理指标的影响

摘    要:将同体积、同等肥力花盆中培养的蚕豆幼苗,分别用1.5%甲醇、10 mmol/L抗坏血酸(Vc)、Vc和自来水(CK)喷洒,5 d后逐步测定叶片气孔面积、蒸腾速率、光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量、干鲜重之比.结果表明:Vc处理的蚕豆叶片气孔面积、蒸腾速率大于甲醇处理与CK,甲醇处理的光合速率、可溶性蛋白含量、干鲜重之比高于Vc处理与CK.

Abstract:Vicia faba L.seeding were cultured in the equal size flowerpots with the same soil.Then foliage sprayed part with 1.5% Methanol,10mmol/L Vc and water.Sun days later,measure the stomata arer,transpiration rate,photosynthetic rate,the content of solubility protein and the ratio of dry and fresh weight of the growing leaves.The result show that,Vc can make the stomata arer and transpiration rate higher than Methanol and CK,Methanol can make the solubility protein,photosynthetic rate and the ratio of dry and fr...
