稻草补饲百脉根瘤胃体外发酵及微生物蛋白合成的组合效应研究

摘    要:研究稻草(RS)添补百脉根(LC)的瘤胃体外发酵及微生物蛋白(MCP)合成的组合效应(AEV)。采用单因子试验设计,体外批次培养48 h,研究RS分别添补0%、10%、20%、30%、40%、50%、60%、70%、80%、90%与100%LC(LC0、LC10、LC20、LC30、LC40、LC50、LC60、LC70、LC80、LC90与LC100)在3、6、12、24、36与48 h的瘤胃体外发酵参数,并计算出MCP的AEV。各组各时间点的pH 6.64~6.99,每100 mL瘤胃液中NH3-N 2.98~28.74 mg,MCP 1.18~5.87 mg/mL,AEV 0.642 7%~7.568 3%。各组所测定时间点的平均AEV自高到低的排序为:LC30(3.584 4)、LC40(3.396 4)、LC50(2.890 2)、LC60(2.092 7)、LC20(1.886 9)、LC10(1.023 2)、LC70(0.902 4)、LC80(0.252 6)与LC90(-0.074 4),括号中的数字为AEV,单位为%。本研究表明RS补饲30%LC瘤胃体外发酵MCP的组合效应最大。
