| 摘 要： | 在土地整治实践中,不恰当的土地平整方式、硬化的道路和沟渠设计方式、不合理的地类合并以及过多的人为干扰等引发了诸多生态问题。本文在分析土地整治中生态问题的基础上,从土地整治生态安全的技术、行政、经济和社会4个维度构建了调控机制。

| Abstract: | In the practise of land consolidation,many ecological problems were caused by some inappropriate measures,such as the improper style of land levelling,the sclerous design mode of road and ditch,unreasonable land assemblage,and overfull human interference.According to the analysis of the above ecological problems in land consolidation,the ecological security control mechanism of land consolidation was constructed from the dimensionality of technology,administrative management,economy and society. |
