| 摘 要： | 用有机溶剂法从山核桃外壳中提取单宁,不同的溶剂,不同的温度,不同的提取时间,不同的固液比会影响单宁的提取率,本文采用L9（43）正交实验,锌离子络合滴定法测定提取液中的单宁含量,实验结果表明提取溶剂为水,浸提时间为12 h,温度为50℃,溶剂与溶质比为6∶1为最佳提取工艺。
