| Abstract: | The new sprouts of Rose laevigata were used as explants.The technical system including the bud induction and proliferation,rooting,strengthening,hardening and transplanting was established.Tissue culture of Rose laevigata could supply a large number and high quality seedlings for artificial cultivation. |
