| 摘 要： | MHC是高度多态的基因区,在所有脊椎动物的免疫应答中发挥重要的作用并与动物疾病的抗性密切相关。文章综述了绵羊MHC的结构特点、多态性及疾病抗性的一些相关研究情况。

| Abstract: | MHC is a highly polymorphic gene region which play a central role in the immune response of vertebrates,with the function of presenting antigenic peptides to T-cells,so it has became an important branch of research in resistence to diseases.The research progress in structure,polymorphism and relationship with resistence to diseases of MHC of ovine was reviewed in this essay. |
