| 摘 要： | 文中首先分析了在政府采取不干预政策的条件下, 中国实施CDM林业碳汇项目可能产生的经济、社会和环境影响; 然后指出, 碳汇信用最大化原则和主办国可持续发展原则是设计和实施CDM林业碳汇项目需要遵循的2个基本原则。在此基础上, 分别讨论并提出了中国实施CDM林业项目的区域、树种和林种的合理选择。

| Abstract: | The issue analyzes the possible economic,social and environmental effects of CDM forestry carbon-sink project in China if the government takes laissez-aller policy,then indicates that the main principles of implementing CDM forestry carbonsink project are maximum of carbon-sink credit and sustainable development of host country.On the basis,the reasonable choice of areas,tree and woods sorts of CDM forestry project in China are discussed. |
