| Abstract: | At present the test question base management systems are only suitable to some specific courses.They are not universal.In this paper,a common test question base management system (STK SYSTEM) is put forward.It can be used in many courses of science,engineering,argriculture and medecine.The artical elucidats the designing of the STK system,the structure of the system and some technical problems of programing. |
