基于Intranet的北京市种苗信息管理系统的构建

为了解决在种苗生产管理中信息不畅造成的苗木供需矛盾,作者在具体分析了北京市林业种苗的经营流程的基础上建立了北京市种苗信息管理系统.从数据库结构、系统的总体框架、系统结构和功能等方面对系统进行了简单的介绍,并提出了建立全国范围的种苗信息管理系统的必要性和可行性.利用Visual Basic、IIS和ASP等技术对系统进行开发,保证系统的先进性和兼容性.通过本系统的快速、定量、准确的查询、统计、分析决策、动态更新、远程数据传输和WWW发布等功能,实现种苗经营和管理的信息化和办公自动化,使种苗站达到宏观调控和信息引导的目的,保持种苗供需总量的基本平衡和品种对路.

Design of Beijing Seedling Management Information System based on Intranet

To solve the problems of untimely information in the seedlings management, and based on the analysis on Beijing seedlings working flow, the Beijing Seedling Information Management System was built. This article gives a general introduction of its database structure, total system frame, system structure and function etc., and presents the possibility and feasibility of building seeds and seedlings information management system for the whole country. Visual Basic, IIS, ASP and other softwares were used to develop and guarantee this system to be advanced and compatible. This system can realize the functions of searching, calculating, analysing, dynamically updating, remote data transferring and WWW publishing accurately, quickly and quantificationally. So it realized the macro regulation and information guiding of seedling management.
