| 摘 要： | 对糠椴(Tilia mandshurica)花蕾、花、叶、枝皮、木质部和干皮的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量进行了测定,以及季节性变化分析.结果表明:糠椴的花蕾和花中的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量都要高于其他器官(6月6日糠椴不同器官的可溶性糖含量差异除外),糠椴的叶、枝皮、木质部和干皮的多糖、可溶性糖、黄酮和总酚含量都呈现明显的季节性变化,即糠椴叶、木质部和干皮多糖含量的季节性变化总体趋势是增高,枝皮的多糖含量总体上则是下降;叶、木质部和干皮的可溶性糖含量总体趋势是增高,枝皮的可溶性糖含量从采样至11月中旬一直都在增高,而后下降;叶和枝皮的黄酮含量总体上是增高,而木质部黄酮含量的季节性变化则是下降,干皮则在生长季结束时达到最高值,其质量分数为28.68mg/g;糠椴叶的总酚含量总体上是增高,其他器官的变化规律不很明显.
