肉仔鸡核黄素营养状况评价方法的探讨

取1日龄超级星布罗商品代肉仔鸡140只,分成7组,其日粮核黄素水平(mg/kg)分别为0.4,2.4,4.4,6.4,8.4,10.4,12.0,饲养至56日龄,对其体增重、饲料效率、肝脏总黄素(黄素腺嘌吟二核苷酸、黄素单核苷酸和核黄素的总称)浓度、肝脏总黄素绝对量及全血谷胱甘肽还原酶活性系数(BGRAC)进行了测定.试验结果表明,各测定指标与日粮核黄素水平极其相关(P<0.01).当日粮核黄素水平低于6.4mg/kg时,BGRAC与日粮核黄素水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.9605);同时,BGRAC同其余各指标亦呈显著负相关(P<0.01).由此认为,BGRAC是评价肉仔鸡核黄素营养状况灵敏而准确的指标.

Study on the Method of Assessing Riboflavin Nutriture of Broiler

One hundred and forty Starbro broilers in commercial generation at age of 1 d, were randomly divided into seven groups, and the riboflavin levels in diets were 0.4,2.4,4.4,6.4,8.4,10.4 and 12.0mg/kg respectively. The body gain, feed efficiency, blood glutathione reductase activity coefficient (BGRAC), concentration and absolute amount of total flavin in liver were determined The experimental results showed that all indicators exhibited marked correlation with dietary riboflavin levels (P<0.01). When dietary riboflavin level is less than 6.4 mg/kg, BGRAC exhibited a marked inverse correlation with dietary riboflavin level (r=0.9605). Meanwhile, BGRAC also exhibited marked inverse correlation with other indicators (P<0.01). It is suggested that BGRAC is a sensitive and accurate indicator for reflecting the riboflavin nutriture of broilers and that the determination of BGRAC could be a main method to evaluate the riboflavin nutriture of boilers in laboratory and practice.
