Effects of Reference Solution on Drawing the Standard Curve by Colorimetry

Objective]The research aimed to analyze the effects of reference solution on drawing the standard curve.Method] Statistical principle was used to analyze the effects of reference solution on drawing the standard curve.And the drawing methods of standard curve were studied.Result] The usage of reference solution had an effect on drawing the standard curve.Before the absorbency of standard sample was tested,when suitable reference solution was used for proofreading,a unitary linear regression model that didn't contain the intercept term should be chosen;when reference solution was not used,a unitary linear regression model that contained the intercept term should be chosen;then the obtained curve was moved to make it pass by the origin and the curve that passed by the origin was the needed standard curve.Conclusion] The research provides the basis for drawing the standard curve by colorimetry.
