自走风力灭火机离合电机控制精度的研究

摘    要:自走风力灭火机的驱动是靠单缸汽油机提供动力,而要实现遥控控制其行走,包括控制其行走速度,必须有一套机电装置来配合.作为控制离合器的步进电机,其控制精度便直接会影响到灭火机的控制精度.将步进电机的细分驱动理论应用到对步进电机的控制当中,实验结果显示,控制精度有明显的提高,控制效果有所改善.

Abstract:A self-propelled pneumatic fire extinguisher is powered by a single cylinder gasoline to achieve remote control of walking, including control of walking speed. It is necessary to cope with the set of electrical and mechanical installations. As a stepper motor to control the clutch, the control accuracy will directly affect the control accuracy of the fire extinguisher. Breakdown of stepper motor drive theory is applied to the control of the stepper motor and the experimental results show that the control accuracy has been significantly improved, and the control effect is improved.
