摘    要:提出一种新型秸秆收集处理技术和装备,能在田间全自动地将秸秆收集、粉碎,并进行致密成型加工,在田间一次性完成秸秆变成商品的转化,同样也适用于林区小枝桠的收集加工,整个过程仅需一人操作,大大降低秸秆收集成本,使秸秆和森林废弃小枝桠等生物质资源能够真正实现产业化、商业化和高附加值利用.

Abstract:This paper presents a new collection of straw processing technology and equipment that can be fully automated in the field of straw gathering, crushing and densifiecl molding. We completed the conversion of straw to commodities at one-time in the field and the whole process takes only one person to operate, which greatly reduces the cost of collection of straw. Thus the utilization of straw resources can truly achieve industrialization, commercialization, and high value-added utilization.
