豆秸作为刨花板生产原料的可行性分析

摘    要:从豆秸的产量、分布以及其基本物理化学性质等方面,分析了豆秸作为刨花板原料的可行性。豆秸在我国产量丰富,分布亦较集中,其基本物理化学性质与速生木材接近但酸性偏低,用于刨花板生产时应根据其自身特点制定相应的生产工艺。在实验室条件下用豆秸制造的刨花板其物理力学性能可以达到GB/T4897—92中B类刨花板的性能指标。研究结果表明豆秸是刨花板生产的适宜材料。

Abstract:The feasibility of using soybean stalk as raw material for producing particleboard was studied byanalyzing its yield, distribution, physical and chemical characters. soybean stalk in China is very abundantand its production is relatively concentrated, which favors the industrial utilization. The physical and chemical characters of soybean stalk are similar to those of fast growing trees but the acidity is close to neutral andmust be considered in the manufacture process. The physical and mechanical properties of particleboardsmade from soybean stalk could meet the requirements specified for B-class in GB/T4897--92. The resultsshow that soybean stalk is a raw material suitable for particleboard production.
