尿素包合法提纯西瓜子油中不饱和脂肪酸的研究

摘    要:将西瓜子油皂化水解、尿素包合、纯化不饱和脂肪酸,通过正交试验得出尿素包合纯化不饱和脂肪酸的最佳工艺为:混合脂肪酸与尿素比值为1:3、尿素与乙醇比例为1:6(质量/体积)、包合温度14℃、包合时间24 h。在此条件下,不饱和脂肪酸的碘值可达89.57 g/100 g,回收率为56.78%。

Abstract:The unsaturated fatty acid in the seed-oil of watermelon was purified by using saponification hydrolysis and urea clathration method through the orthogonal experiments,and the optimum technological conditions for the extraction and purification of the unsaturated fatty acid were obtained as follows: the ratio of the mixed fatty acid to urea was 1∶3,the ratio of urea to ethanol was 1∶6(mass/volume),clathration temperature was 14 ℃,and clathration time was 24 h.Under the above conditions,the iodine value of the unsaturated fatty acid could reach 89.57 g/100 g,and the recovery rate was 56.78%.
