若干甘薯优良品种脱毒培养研究初报

摘    要:对19个不同类型的甘薯品种进行茎尖分生组织培养,结果表明:不同甘薯品种具有不同的芽分化率,主要集中在48.9%~88%范围内;不同品种的再生能力由强到弱顺序为郑薯20>Ayamuraskai>川294>徐薯25、徐薯18、苏薯8号、济薯18、豫薯10号>徐55-2、徐22-5>北京553>徐薯23>徐508、徐22-1>徐25-2>徐薯22、金玉>心香、广薯79;再生株系的脱毒率均在80%以上。

Abstract:The shoot apex meristems of different types of 19 sweet potato varieties were cultured,the results were obtained as follows: different sweet potato varieties had different bud differentiation rates,which mainly focused from 48.9% to 88.0%.According to the regenerative ability,the tested sweet potato varieties had the following order: Zhengshu 20>Ayamuraskai>Chuan 294>Xushu 25,Xushu 18,Sushu No.8,Jishu 18,Yushu No.10>Xu 55-2,Xu 22-5>Beijing 553>Xushu 23>Xu 508,Xu 22-1>Xu 25-2>Xushu 22,Jinyu>Xinxiang,Guangshu...
