香椿组织培养与快速繁殖技术的研究

摘    要:以香椿的当年生嫩枝茎段为外植体进行组织培养与快速繁殖试验。结果表明:香椿外植体在0.1%升汞中消毒8min条件下成活率最高,香椿的最佳诱导培养基为MS+BA 0.6 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,最佳增殖培养基为MS+BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+IAA 1.0 mg/L,最佳移栽混合基质为蛭石+珍珠岩+泥炭(1:1:1,v/v/v),移栽成活率平均为90%。

Abstract:The underyearling tender stems of Toona sinensis were used as explants to carry out the tissue culture and rapid propagation experiments.The results showed that the survival percentage of the explants was the highest under the condition of disinfecting the explants in 0.1% HgCl2 for 8 minutes.The optimum medium for the bud inducement of Toona sinensis was MS+ BA 0.6 mg/L+ NAA 0.2 mg/L;the optimum medium for the rapid propagation was MS+ BA 1.0 mg/L+ NAA 0.5 mg/L;the optimum medium for rooting was 1/2MS+ IAA...
