| 摘 要： | 以辽宁省9个植烟县为对象,采集了上、中、下部叶烟叶样品共86个,分析了辽宁各烟区化学成分状况,对辽宁烟区烟叶化学成分进行了综合评价,结果表明:(1)辽宁烟叶总体呈现"糖高、碱高、氯低"的特点。其中糖含量以辽北的西丰、开原和辽东的凤城地区部分烟叶样品表现较高;烟碱含量以宽甸各部位烟叶较高;辽东和辽北地区烟叶钾含量优势较明显,其他地区烟叶钾含量适宜;中上部烟叶总氮含量略偏低。从协调性来看,上部叶糖碱比较协调,中下部烟叶糖碱比相对较大;各部位烟叶氮碱比均小于1;3个部位钾氯比较大。(2)各地区中部叶化学成分综合评价得分依次为:凤城>宽甸>建平>彰武>昌图>开原>阜蒙>西丰>北票。凤城和宽甸烟叶总体来讲化学成分较协调,其次为建平和彰武。与20072、008年相比,2010年辽宁各产区烟叶化学成分综合评级结果降低。

| Abstract: | Taking 9 tobacco-planting counties in Liaoning as the studied objects,this paper analyzed the chemical components of 86 samples of upper,middle and lower tobacco leaves from every tobacco-planting area in Liaoning,and made integrated evaluation on them.The results indicated that the tobacco leaves of Liaoning showed the feature of high sugar content,high nicotine content and low chlorine content.The sugar content of some tobacco leaf samples in Xifeng,Kaiyuan and Fengcheng was higher.The nicotine content of... |
