梨组织RNA提取方法研究

摘    要:借鉴荔枝果实总RNA提取方法,针对梨本身的特点利用改良 Bugos法分别对叶片、花瓣、果肉中总RNA进行提取研究.结果表明:改良Bugos法对梨不同组织中RNA的提取效果较好,花瓣中RNA的相对含量最高,叶片次之,果肉最少.

Abstract:Learning from the RNA extraction of lichi,Bugos method was improved to extract RNA from different tissues(fruit,leaf,flower) of pear.For more water was contented in fruits,different gradients were designed to choose a better amount for fruit RNA extraction,and a small amount of leaf and flower were used for the RNA extraction.These results showed that this method was better for RNA extraction of pear tissues,and the RNA concentration was highest in flower,leaf was second,fruit was the least.
