| 摘 要： | 随着市经济的不断深入和发展，我国渔业处于发展的良好机遇，近10年，我国渔船渔具产业取得了快速的发展，进一步推动我国渔船渔具产业的可持续发展，将有利于推动我国渔业产业升级，提高渔民的收入。这与党中央和政府提出的彻底解决“三农”问题，全面建设小康社会的目标相吻合。
