摘    要:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法从桔皮中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对桔皮挥发油的化学成分进行分析,共分离到52个组分,鉴定了其中的48个,鉴出率占全油的92.308%,占挥发油总量的99.033%.桔皮挥发油主要成分是D-柠檬烯(40.905%)、β-蒎烯(15.677%)、3-蒈烯(9.718%)、α-金合欢烯(3.387%)、α-蒎烯(3.363%)等.

Abstract:The essential oil was extracted from orange peels by steam distillation,and then,the chemical composition of the essential oil was analyzed by applying GC-MS.The result showed that 52 ingredients were separated,and 48 of them were identified,accounting for 92.308%,and 99.033% of the whole oil and total essential oil resp.The main chemical components of orange peels were D-Limonene(40.905%),β-Pinene(15.677%),3-Carene(9.718%),α-Farnesene(3.387%),α-Pinene(3.363%)etc.
