大豆不同世代荚·粒数变异系数研究

摘    要:目的]了解大豆杂交后代荚数、粒数的变异系数及其与杂交世代的关系。方法]以59个大豆杂交组合在2003~2006年杂种圃考种所得的数据为研究对象,对其荚数、粒数的变异系数按组合和世代高低进行了统计分析。结果]同组合不同世代荚数、粒数的变异系数随世代的升高呈递减趋势;表现较好的9922、99259、9260、005、00190、020等组合早期荚数、粒数的变异系数较大。荚数、粒数的变异系数随世代的高低变化并没有太大差异,荚数的变异系数略大于粒数的变异系数。若不计各组合的第5世代,2~7世代荚数、粒数变异系数的变异系数呈递减趋势,随着世代的增加逐步趋于零。结论]该研究为大豆杂交后代的选拔提供了相应依据。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to get know of the variation coefficients of pod number and grain number in soybean hybrid offspring and their relationship with hybrid generation.Method] With the data from the planting test of 59 soybean hybrid combinations in hybrid nursery in 2003~2006 as research object,the variation coefficients of pod number and grain number were?statistically analyzed according to the combinations and generations.Result] The variation coefficients of pod number and grain number in different generations of the same combination showed a decreasing trend with the increase of generation.The variation coefficients of pod number and grain number in such combinations as 9922,9925,9926,0005,0019 and 0020 with better performance were greater in early growth stage.The variation coefficients of pod number and grain number had no great difference with the change of generation and the variation coefficient of pod number was slightly higher than that of grain number.If 5th generations in each combinations were neglected,the variation coefficients of pod number and grain number showed a decreasing trend in the 2nd ~7th generation and they gradually trended to be zero with the increase of generation.Conclusion] The research provided the relevant data for the selection of soybean hybrid offspring.
