| 摘 要： | 以杜仲根段为试材，种根竖直正插时两端根和芽的分化极性较强，上端形成芽，下段形成根。ＡＢＴ生根粉和６—ＢＡ分别可强化极性的表现。倒插时，形态学下段器官分化极性不显。

| Abstract: | The polarity of differentiation of organs in root cuttings of Eucommia ulmoides showed good when the root cuttings were set upright.The adventitious buds were differentiated from theupper end callus and the lateral roots were produced from the lower end.This polarity was intensified by the treatment of root-promoting powder ABT or 6-BA.The polarity of differentiation was unobvious when the root cuttings were set upside-down.The effects of the transportation and collection of endogenous somatotrophin on differentiation were discussed. |
