陇椒系列辣椒光合特性研究

摘    要:利用光合气体交换和叶绿素a荧光分析技术研究了陇椒系列辣椒的光合特性.结果表明:陇椒1、2、6号辣椒叶片的净光合速率(Pn)均显著高于对照(佳木斯),光补偿点(LCP)均显著低于对照(佳木斯).陇椒2、6号的叶绿素a、b、总叶绿素含量以及表观量子效率(AQY)均显著高于对照(佳木斯).陇椒6号的羧化效率(CE)、光合能力和RuBP最大再生速率均显著高于对照(佳木斯).试验品种间最大光能转化效率Fv/Fm、实际光能转化效率ΦPSⅡ和光化学猝灭系数qP均无显著性差异.因此,陇椒系列辣椒具有较高的叶绿素含量和净光合速率,利用弱光的能力较强,是其高产的重要生理基础.

Abstract:The photosynthetic characteristics of different "Longjiao" pepper cultivars were compared with "Jiamusi" cultivar.The results showed that net photosynthetic rates(Pn) in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No.1,No.2 and No.6 were higher,and the light compensation point(LCP) was lower than that in "Jiamusi".The content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and AQY in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No.2 and No.6 were higher than that in "Jiamusi".The CE,photosynthetic capacity and max regeneration velocity of RuBP in pepper leaves of "Longjiao" No.6 were higher than that in "Jiamusi".There were little differences in Fv/Fm,ΦPSⅡ and qP among all studied pepper cultivars.It is suggested that a higher yield of different "Longjiao" pepper cultivars caused of higher chlorophyll contents,Pn and photosynthetic capacity.
