| 摘 要： | 探讨表达条件对重组抗菌肽表达量和抗菌活性的影响.选用SMD1168毕赤酵母菌株表达cecropinB及其串联体基因和cecA-mag(cecropin A前8个碱基和magainin的第9个碱基)的3个突变体基因抗菌肽.对6种重组酵母菌的摇瓶发酵条件,如pH、发酵温度、甲醇的添加量等进行了优化,结果优化后的表达条件可提高重组抗菌肽的表达量和抗菌活性.并从抑菌试验、酸碱稳定性试验、热稳定性试验、体外稳定性试验探讨了其生物学活性.
