不结球白菜子叶离体培养再生植株

摘    要:用矮脚黄的子叶建立了不结球白菜高频率再生体系。在MS+6-BA10mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L培养基上,外植体分化率达70%,每一外植体可产生9.6个不定芽。研究了各种因素对子时离体再生植株的影响,发现11~15d苗龄的子叶分化效果最佳。MS+NAA0.2mg/L对根的诱导最好。

Abstract:The cotyledon of Brassica campestris ssp.chinensis Makino cultivar Aijiaohuang has been used to institute high capacity of regeneration.The shoot-bud differentiation frequency reached as high as 70% and each explant produced up to 9.6 adventitious buds on MS 6-BA 10 mg/L NAA 0.3 mg/L.Effects of various factors on shoot-bud differentiation in vitro,were investigated.The experimental results showed that the seedling age was very important,i.e.the cotyledon explants taken from 11-5-day-old seedlings displayed the highest shoot-bud regeneration capacity.The medium of MS NAA 0.2 mg/L had the best inducing effect on root formation.
