| 摘 要： | 本文对康氏木霉的基本生理特性,以及抗生作用作了比较系统的试验观察,并对其产生的抑菌物质所需的基本条件及影响抑菌效果的诸因素作了初步研究,试图为木霉菌的扩大生产及病害防治实践提供理论依据。

An Initial Research on The Physiological characteristics And The Bacteriostatic Mechanism of Trichoderma koningi oud |

| Abstract: | The basic physiological characteristics (e. g, the growth of hyphae and the temperature, the moisture, the pH value and the nutrients for germination of spores) and the antibiotic mechanism (e. g. the parasitism and the antagonism) of Trich6derma koningi oud. have been studied and experimented, minutely. The basic conditions for growing bacteriostic materials and the various factors of influencing the bacteriostatic effects have been researched initially as well. And these will provide theoretical basis for the practice of prevention and control of plant diseases from now On. |
