农民的幸福在哪里——“三农”问题2005年双月谈之一

幸福是一种主观感觉,一种实在体验,一种理性评判。有报告声称目前我国农民比城里人幸福,这是言过其实的。将来农民要幸福也一定会幸福。要实现农民的幸福除了农民自己的创造之外,关键在于政府要大有作为,采取积极的农村政策保护农民,转移农民,提高农民是必由之路,但是农民幸福根本在于能够拥有、主张和捍卫自己的权利。为此,政府只有还权与农民,才能造福于农民。

Where is the happiness of the farmers?

The happiness is a kind of feeling, experience and rational justice. Someone says farmers in our country have much happiness than the urban resident at present. As the matter of fact, it is not true. To have the real happiness, besides farmers’ own creation, government in all levels should fully develop talents, adopt the positive rural policy and protect farmers’ rights. This is the only way to improve farmers’ life. However, the key point is farmers have their own opinion and keep their own right. Government should returns the rights to farmers, which could bring benefit to the farmers.
