饲用黑麦、小黑麦品种苗期耐盐性评价及盐胁迫下的生理响应

摘    要:通过苗期土培法,采用盐胁迫下的存活率、标准差系数赋予权重法和耐盐指数法以3个小麦品种为对照,分别对1个饲用黑麦(Secale cereale)、31个小黑麦(Triticosecale wittmack)材料的耐盐性进行了综合评价,并对盐胁迫下的生理反应进行了初步研究。结果表明:盐胁迫明显抑制了植株的生长,各项评价指标(存活率、株高、分蘖数、绿叶数、地上生物量、地下生物量)与材料的耐盐性存在显著的相关性,可作为耐盐性的评价指标;试验筛选出‘冀饲2号(JS-003)’,‘JS-004’,‘NTH2086’,‘NTH2179’和‘NTH1048’5个饲用小黑麦材料耐盐性较强,‘冬牧70’,‘AM01’,‘MX01’,‘JS-001’,‘JS-001-1’,‘JS-001-2’6个材料耐盐性相对较差;在此基础上,进一步探讨了盐胁迫下的生理反应,丙二醛、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、酶活性均随着盐胁迫浓度的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,且不同材料间变化幅度不同。所采用的生理指标反映了材料间的耐盐性差异,可作为耐盐性评价的指标。

Abstract:Under saline alkali soil stress at seedling growth stage,the salt tolerance and physiological responses of 1 forage rye variety and 31 triticale varieties was evaluated compared with 3 wheat varieties by survival percent using standard deviation coefficient allocation weighted and salt tolerance index methods.The result showed that the plant growth was markedly inhibited under salt stress;there is obvious correlation between The salt tolerance of tested material had significant correlation with all evaluated indexes such as the survival rate,plant height,tiller number,green leaves number,aboveground and underground biomass. Therefore, the evaluation indexes could be used as the evaluation index of salt tolerance. According to the analyses of salt tolerance,the salt tolerance of ‘Jisi NO.2(JS-003)’, ‘JS-004’, ‘NTH2086’, ‘NTH2179’ and ‘NTH1048’ was stronger, whereas that of ‘Dongmu70’, ‘AM01’, ‘MX01’, ‘JS-001’, ‘JS-001-1’ and ‘JS-001-2’ was poor relatively. On this basis,the physiological responses of salt stress were discussed further. The malondialdehyde,soluble sugar,soluble protein contents and enzymatic activity of plant increased at first and then decreased with the increase of salt concentration, and different materials varied in different extent. These physiological indexes reflected the difference of salt tolerance between materials and could be used as the physiological evaluation index of salt tolerance.
