青藏高原金露梅灌丛草甸土壤质量的微生物学特征

摘    要:通过对青藏高原金露梅(Potentilla fruticosa)灌丛草甸土壤理化性质、微生物及土壤酶活性的研究,探讨土壤环境因子与微生物、酶活性之间的相互关系,从诸多因子中遴选出表征金露梅灌丛草甸土壤质量的生物学指标。结果表明:土壤细菌数量、放线菌数量、真菌数量、微生物量碳、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶及蛋白酶与土壤理化性状间存在密切的相关性;PCA分析筛选出微生物数量、微生物量碳、过氧化氢酶、脲酶、碱性磷酸酶、多酚氧化酶及蛋白酶可以作为表征金露梅灌丛土壤质量的生物学指标。

Abstract:This study investigated the physic-chemical properties,microbial numbers and biomass carbon,enzyme activities of soil of Potentilla fruticosa shrub meadow in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau to analyze the relationships between soil environmental factors and microbiological characteristics and screen out the biological index which reflected soil quality.The results showed that the numbers of bacteria,actinomyces,and fungi,MBC,and the enzyme activities of catalase,urease,alkaline phosphatase,polyphenol oxidase and protease had close relationships with soil environmental factors.The soil quality of potentilla fruticosa shrub meadow in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau could be characterized by microbial numbers,MBC,and the activities of catalase,urease,alkaline phosphatase,polyphenol oxidase and protease.
