摘    要:为研究低温胁迫对苜蓿(Medicago stativa)根系形态特征的影响,本文以国内外的5个苜蓿品种为试验材料,对其进行低温胁迫。观测比较缓苗成活率和根系形态指标,并进行方差及相关性分析。结果表明:不同苜蓿品种经低温胁迫后的成活率和根系指标差异显著;成活率与主根直径、侧根直径呈显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)正相关,与侧根位置呈负相关,与侧根数目无相关性;植株总重与主根长度、主根直径、侧根直径和侧根数呈极显著(P<0.01)正相关,与侧根位置呈显著(P<0.05)负相关;成活率随着低温处理时间的延长逐渐降低;‘公农1号’和‘龙牧801’可作为优良品种在高寒地区推广种植。

Abstract:The effects of chilling stress on alfalfa root morphology were studied using 5 alfalfa varieties as material. The survival rates and related root morphology of tested varieties were observed and compared by variance analysis, correlation analysis and cluster analysis. The results showed that the survival rates and the root characteristics of different alfalfa varieties were obvious difference after low temperature stress. The survival rate was significant or extremely significant positive correlated with the diameters of taproot and lateral root, negative correlated with lateral root position, not correlated with lateral root number. The biological production was extremely significant positive correlated with taproot length, taproot diameter, lateral root diameter and lateral root number, was significantly negative correlated with lateral root position. The survival rate decreased as the time of chilling stress increasing. Therefore, ‘Gongnong No.1’ and ‘Longmu 801’ can be used as popularized varieties in cold area.
