| Abstract: | Overseas Chinese Town(OCT) Happy Harbor is centered on marine culture and eco-conservation.It is a creative commercial project that brings people a healthy urban seafront life.Happy Harbor and its well-planned sustainable surrounding areas will re-establish the eco-system of the built coastal areas.The design of Happy Coast strikes a balance between the environment and people’s life it offers a livable eco-environment for the coastal city. |
